What this doesn't include

The plans above pay for documentation drafts, vulnerability monitoring and the Article 14 reporting workflow. They don’t pay for the work and costs that sit outside a documentation tool:

  • A notified body or conformity assessment fee, where your product needs one.
  • Testing in a lab.
  • Secure-development consulting.

Those are separate costs you arrange yourself. We don’t sell or broker any of them.

Questions

What happens to Article 14 if I stop paying?
Nothing: Article 14 reporting help is free on every plan, Free included, and stays on if you cancel or your plan lapses. That is the deadlines and draft text for reporting an actively exploited vulnerability or a severe incident, which has applied since 11 September 2026. The other paid features stop with the plan.
Do I pay per product?
Each plan includes a number of products. On a paid plan, if you need one more than your plan has, an extra product is €15 a month, or €144 a year if you pay yearly. You add them from the billing page, up to a limit it shows you. For more than that, write to hello@declarable.io.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes: paying yearly takes 20% off.
What happens in December 2027?
On 11 December 2027 the CRA applies in full: products placed on the EU market from then on need their technical documentation and declaration of conformity. The reporting duties for actively exploited vulnerabilities and severe incidents (Article 14) started earlier, on 11 September 2026. The paid plans prepare drafts of both for you to review.
How do I start?
Press Start free on any plan. You make an account on the Free plan, which keeps one product and the Article 14 clock.
Source for the dates: Article 71 of Regulation (EU) 2024/2847, as recorded in the legal state shown on the legal-state page.

Before you buy
