nRF Connect SDK Find My in Zephyr firmware: identifiers and CRA notes
·
What it is
nRF Connect SDK Find My
Notes on this component
Nordic's own implementation of Apple's Find My network accessory protocol, in a group the manifest excludes by default (`group-filter: -find-my`) and access-gated behind Apple's MFi program — the repository itself returns 404 to an unauthenticated request. No public upstream project exists to cite and no CPE exists for it, so this row exists for inventory completeness ("this build includes Nordic's closed Find My code"), not for a vulnerability match. Ask Nordic Semiconductor directly for its security notices.
Where it hides in a firmware SBOM
Zephyr lists a west module by its west name, with no PURL or CPE. Vulnerability feeds cannot find it from that listing alone, which is why the SBOM check adds the identifiers below.
The identifiers we assign
No PURL and no CPE are recorded for this row.
{version} is filled in from your build. The version is read from the upstream release tag.
The SBOM check adds these identifiers to a component your build listed without them.
Honest gaps
Vendor: nordicsemiconductor.
This row has no CPE and no PURL, so feeds cannot be matched by identifier.
